Clearly the only way to pass this level is when CC is ready for you to do so by giving you a decent board. They are just losing players by the thousands since most of the levels aren't beatable, and nobody wants to play a level times. But then If you try and use a booster, the game purposefully doesn't give you either orange or fish and it's 10x more impossible. Good luck to all. What the hell do you need to do to pass this level!!!! No wonder players are quitting!!
